We charge $45/hour for maintenance during business hours, and $67.50/hour after business hours and on weekends. Vendors/contractors may be called in as needed, and set their own rates.
1121 & 1123 University is property in Boulder's University Hill neighborhood, just a block to the CU campus. The house in front is 1121, which was split into three apartments. The house in back is 1123, and has two apartments. The yard and two off-street parking spaces off the alley are shared with all units in both houses.
1123-B is the basement of the back house, with its own entrance. The closet for the first bedroom is just inside the entry. Then you enter the kitchen, with the first bedroom on the left, and the bathroom after that. The living room is just beyond the kitchen/bathroom, and the second/larger bedroom is past the living room.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
BEDROOM #1 = 12' x 6.5'
BEDROOM #2 = 11' x 8.25'
LIVING ROOM = 10' x 8.5'
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen.
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
