Off-street parking is shared by tenants, as is the yard/patio space and picnic area. Each apartment comes with its own extra storage closet, in the enclosed hallway on the north side of the building.
Apt. #2E is a lower level unit on the east side. It is two-stories with the kitchen, living room, half bath and a smaller bedroom on the main level. Two larger bedrooms and the full bath are on the lower level.
Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to tenants moving out. Stove, fridge, and dishwasher stay in the kitchen. Working fireplace in the living room. The A/C in living room is ours, any others belong to the tenants.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
Living room = 12'11" x 12'7"
Bedroom #1 (upstairs) = 8'5" x 8'8"
Bedroom #2 (lower left) = 11'6" x 12'6"
Bedroom #3 (lower right) = 9'4" x 12'6" + 8'1" x 3'2" cut out by closet
Hall Storage Closet = 4'1" x 2'11"
At least half security deposit due at lease signing, and we can set up payments for the remainder.
CATS allowed with an extra $200 cat deposit. ONE SMALL DOG (under 20 lb.) allowed with an extra $300 dog deposit. Certain breeds restricted. We are always happy to make exceptions for service or emotional support animals.
