THIS IS A FOUR BEDROOM UNIT THAT WE LEASE BY THE BEDROOM.
Each tenant has a separate lease and each bedroom has a keypad lock. We keep utilities in our name and bill each tenant $100 a month for their share of electric/gas, water, and wifi. We also come in twice a month for cleaning of the common areas and to refresh shared supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products. for $50 per month. Smaller bedrooms with full beds are $1100/month [rm 2 & 4} , larger bedrooms with queen beds are $1200 /month [rm 1 &3]
Shorter term leases also available ( 1-2 months additional $300/month, 3-4 months additional $200/month, 5-6 months additional $100/month )
These units have a total of 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Private Patio furnished with patio furniture and cafe lights.
The shared common area has 2 sofas, coffee table, end tables & counter stools. The bedroom furnished with a queen bed, desk, & bedside table.
The condo complex is gated with with corn hole, ladder golf, grilling area, picnic tables, hammock area and more.
We do NOT allow pets or smoking in the unit.
Only one person per room.
One month rent for security deposit.
Add $65/month for an assigned off street parking spot (if available).
Flat $100/month (water, electric/gas, wifi) + $50/month for twice a month cleaning of common areas and restocking of shared supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc).
