House is rented UNFURNISHED it's located in Crescent lakes off Poinciana BLVD. It's a great home owned by a seasoned investor. We are looking for a family that would like to call this home for years to come. Pool, pest and lawn service are included in the monthly rent. We need you to keep the home clean and tidy, change the A/C filter monthly and report and maintenance to us promptly so we can get it taken care of as soon as possible.

REQUIREMENTS & PARTICULARS:

• Security Deposit equals one month's rent

• Do you live local to the area?

• Are you a US citizen or are a legal resident alien?

• Do you have current stable employment?

• If moving from out of state MUST have employment in Florida

• How many adults and children will be living in the home?

• Do you have any pets (pet fee is $250 nonrefundable per pet max of 1 pet less than 35 pounds, if owner accepts pets)?

• When do you need to move by?

• All adults over the age of 18 must fill out an application and be listed on the lease

• Household income must be over 3 times the monthly rent

• If your credit score is under 650 the last month rent is required (Payment plans may be available, please inquire)

• Good references and rental history required

• No evictions whatsoever

• Everyone that will be living in the home over the age of 18 has to submit an application, we run background, employment and credit checks.

• No commercial vehicles allowed

• No parking on grass

• Must be current on all financial liabilities

• Last 2 Months' Worth of Pay Stubs

• Color Copy of ID

• Home is rented in “AS IS” condition (call office for details)

Anyone staying in the home for more than 72 hours MUST BE LISTED ON THE LEASE AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION
