Tenants are responsible for all yard care including:
- Weeding, watering (no sprinklers), mowing, and trimming of front, back, side yards, park strips and dirt/gravel parking area along the north fence.
- Keeping all areas free of debris.
- Snow removal of public walkway in front of home.
WINDOW COOLING UNIT:
Tenant responsible to winterize (cover) and dewinterize window cooling unit and to clean filter.
