Tenant's responsible for all utilities: Electric, Water and Gas! Tenant's are responsible for replacing furnace filters every 3 months, management will purchase the initial 3 filters at move in filters and will leave them in the basement, however tenant(s) are responsible for purchasing and replacing, this will be checked periodically to ensure its being changed, failure to do so could cause issues with the furnace not to work properly at tenant(s) cost. Tenant (s) are responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal.

Rental Qualifications:

Credit Score of 650 or above, if lower than 635 NO NEED TO APPLY!. Income of 2.75 times the rent without any government assistance. A year of rental receipts from current landlord.

1. Verifiable Income- example, SSI, SS, Employment, Child Support etc.

2. Verifiable Rental History

3. Utilities- must be able to establish in your own name

4. Sections 8 accepted applicant(s) must meet the credit/rental history terms and income requirements must be at least 2.75 the rent NO EXCEPTIONS.

5. Only serious inquiries need apply.
