Tenant (s) are responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal.
Rental Qualifications:
Credit Score of 650 or above, if lower than 635 NO NEED TO APPLY!. Income of 2.75 times the rent without any government assistance. A year of rental receipts from current landlord.
