We look at credit history on case by case basis. Application fee is $25.00 per adult and must be submitted with application, all occupants over the age of 18 must complete an application
As a part of the application process we will run a criminal background, we will also check rental history, you must be EVICTION FREE and have no unpaid rents or judgments.
Pets not allowed, Pet policy is strictly enforced
• Only 2 persons per bedroom
• Must be able to provide proof of income
• Section 8 OK
• Income guidelines are income to be at least 2 times the monthly rent.
• No smoking
If your applications its approved, you will need to schedule a time to sign and execute the lease, at that time a security deposit is require. You will be responsible to apply or transfer all utilities into your name on the moving day. You will have to provide proof that utilities have transferred before move-in.
