The Spruce Cottage is 3 blocks from UC Berkeley and walking distance to restaurants, stores, & theatres and is available for the Fall, Spring & Summer semesters.

This apartment is ideal for UC Berkeley and UC Berkeley Extension students, visiting scholars, interns, scientists, researchers, professors, and working professionals. We are looking for responsible individuals to rent fully furnished units for a full year, academic year, or even with semester based leases.

We handle all apartment amenities, kitchen and bathroom essentials and more! All you need to bring with you are your personal items, and we will handle the rest.

Our fully furnished stand alone cottage is newly renovated and located in Northside of UC Berkeley Campus. It includes three beds and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Our modern cottage offers a spacious main room, kitchen, and one bathroom.

It is ideal for students of UC Berkeley and UCB affiliates, visiting scholars, scientists and researchers, professors, and working professionals. Available for Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters.

• The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Berkeley, close to shops, restaurants, 5-minutes walk from Downtown Berkeley Bart, and one block from UC Berkeley campus.

• The apartment is fully-furnished with a private bathroom
