Located just minutes from Downtown and Midtown Sacramento, with convenient access to shopping, dining, parks, and freeways.
Please Note: There will be ongoing construction on the property during the tenancy. Construction is currently anticipated to be completed around March; however, this is an estimated timeline only and completion by that date cannot be guaranteed.
In consideration of the ongoing construction, tenants signing a 12-month lease will receive a credit equal to one month’s rent, applied to the final month of the 12-month lease term.

Minimum FICO score of 650
Minimum Income of 2.5 times rent amount
Minimum of 2 years verifiable rental history or home ownership.
No Evictions.
No smoking.
Pets okay w/ monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply. Service and emotional support animals are not considered pets. Please see our written rental criteria for more information.
