Nowhere near Australia, but you can sure get down(under) with the idea of living in in this modern, other-worldly rental home that's as chic as an instagrammable AirBnB, without the weirdness of sleeping in someone else's bed (unfurnished, obvi). Entertain till the dingo's come home, with the wide open living spaces on the main floor PLUS a wet bar, and half-bath so your guests don't have to worry about liquids at all...
The garage is best suited for storage, not parking- as it's manual. But park your kiester down in a lawn chair back there and enjoy the day!
In-unit laundry. Street parking. Water, sewer, trash, recycling included. Tenant responsible for lawncare.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
