Walk through a separate gated entrance onto your own private gated patio with patio furniture.
Step through the front doors to a kitchen area that has an apartment size refrigerator, sink, 4 burner stove top and oven, plenty of counter space. Other appliances provided are a toaster, coffee maker and a microwave. The kitchen is also stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, dish towels and dish soap, cooking oil, salt and pepper, some coffee, tea, a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector, island dining table with 3 stools chairs.
The bathroom, shower and separate vanity are accessed within the kitchen.
From the kitchen step into a big bedroom with French doors that lead to a cozy covered outdoor sitting area and a view that looks east to Dictionary Hill for spectacular reflections during sunset. Full blackout curtains are installed for sleeping in peacefully, but conveniently able to open for a beautiful morning view.
Bedroom area has a 70" cloth sofa, 65" TV with Netflix, Hulu+Live and other free channels. There is a full size closet with hangars, ironing board and iron. Next to the bed is a reading lamp. Blankets, linens and pillows are also provided.
