Welcome to Pettit Property Management. My name is Rachel Taylor, owner and founder of Pettit Property Management. I was an exclusive property manager for a private investor portolio for five and a half years prior to opening Pettit Property Management. At the start, the portfolio had a rental inventory of 30 units that grew to over 90 units. My initial focus was assessing the portfolio, adjusting the rents at lease renewals and turnovers, recommending specific rental investments to add to the inventory, and overseeing particular renovations to create more cash flow on different units. This afforded me extensive experience working directly with investor owners to reach their portfolio goals and meet their expectations of having their real estate investments bring in revenue, while avoiding depreciation through proper preventative care and maintenance.
