Welcome to Pettit Property Management. My name is Rachel Taylor, owner and founder of Pettit Property Management. I was an exclusive property manager for a private investor portolio for five and a half years prior to opening Pettit Property Management. At the start, the portfolio had a rental inventory of 30 units that grew to over 90 units.
