A $40 per month utility fee per occupant covers water, sewer, garbage, and recycling, while tenants are responsible for electricity, natural gas, internet, phone, and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a $500 refundable deposit per pet, limited to two pets per household, with rabies vaccination documentation required. Fees include a $60 screening fee per applicant, a $175 administrative fee at move-in, and renter's liability insurance at $13 per month (opt-out available with proof of coverage).
