Please note an eight-hour penalty will be added if your application is received before the time stated above. All applicants will be subject to meet the required terms stated in the screening criteria attached to the rental application.
Applications received at the same time will be prioritized by the desired date of move in.

Security deposit: $1050 + Last month's rent
Application Fee: $46 per financially responsible adult.
Lease Term: 12-month.
Garbage/Recycling: Included in the rent.

Landscape maintenance paid for by owner.
Renter's Liability Insurance in the amount of $100,000 required.
