The floor plan includes a eat in kitchen, a dining room, a open concept family room, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The first floor also features a half bathroom.

The main bedroom suite is located on the first floor and the additional 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have a shared/Jack & Jill bathroom and the laundry room is conveniently located upstairs as well. This floor plan is perfect for the modern family and has enough room to spread out and for those that work from home can use one of the bedrooms as an office.

Maple Ridge and Ave Maria both have wonderful onsite amenities including Clubhouses with resort style swimming pools and a water park, a dog park, children's playground, a baseball field, tennis and pickleball courts , and the National Golf Course at Ave Maria is a public golf course located within Ave Maria.

First month, last month and security deposit due prior to move in. 1 small dog, 25 pounds or less welcome with a $500 refundable pet deposit. Tenants pay for Electric and Water, Landlord pays for Internet and Cable.
