All caged animals, including guinea pigs, mice, hamsters, lizards, etc. require a $10 monthly fee.A one-time, non-refundable pet initiation fee is required at the time of the execution of a petagreement. On average $250-$500 in additional security deposit.Criminal records must contain no convictions for felonies for crimes within the past 10 yearsinvolving violence against persons, theft, damage or destruction of property, manufacture ordistribution of controlled substances and no sexual offenses ever.
