This is a popular home and rents quickly. We ask that you respectfully understand and abide by a few guidelines. No smoking in the home is permitted. Maintaining the lawn is a must. Residents are asked to mow, trim and keep the home's yard looking good all season long. Snow removal must be done in the winter. We do periodically stop in the home to make sure it is meeting your every expectation; however, we ask residents to report any issues to our staff as soon as they come up. A small dog is allowed; however we do ask that you pay a one-time nonrefundable fee of $150 along with a monthly fee of $35. Sorry, at this time we do not participate in any housing programs. Residents are responsible for all utilities as well as maintaining renters insurance. The washer and dryer are available for tenants to use; however, once it expires, it will not be replaced. Tenants will have to notify us and then be responsible to purchase their own.
