EVICTIONS: If you have had an Eviction within the last 12 months, we will NOT accept your application. If you have an Eviction older than 12 months, any judgement must have been satisfied with no outstanding balance.

We will have applications available when we show the homes and or apartments. There is a $25.00 application fee per adult ( that covers a credit/background check, a prior landlord verification and an employment/income verification.)
