This home has a mix of new windows, new carpet, paint and trim, but no HVAC system (although we provide window unit). Still, it boasts a large front sitting porch, just ready for cute furniture and a hand-painted Welcome sign, hanging flowers and pots all around.
Why the price? It's so that we can make sure you are serious about upkeep and care, both inside and out. The bonus shed will help with storage or projects, as it has electrical and lights!

How can we make a great match?
