I have two rooms available for rent in my house (I do live in the house) in Northern Fort Collins in the Dry Creek subdivision. $950, utilities included if renting one room. Willing to rent both to one person for $1500, utilities included.
Full access to the house, and full access to the neighborhood clubhouse that includes a gym, pool table and big screen TV.
The neighborhood is biking distance from Old Town and CSU. Fast access to I-25.
No smokers and the house is NOT 420 friendly. No pets allowed.
Rental Requirements:
First and last month rent is required. A security deposit of $500 is also required to hold the room and is held as a damage deposit during your stay and it is fully refundable upon moving out. Rental & job references are required. Also, I will perform a soft credit check (which just tells me if you pay your bills on time) and employment verification. The lease term is 6-12 months. Rooms are available beginning November 13th, 2019.
