With over 250 North Carolina vacation rentals available, Greybeard offers a variety of options. From in-town bungalows to remote Asheville NC cabins on top of the world, we can assist you with the perfect vacation home. We rent homes for the weekend, week, month, or year.

During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

Garden Home Rental-55+ Community - Well maintained, one-level home located in 55+ Crowfield's Community.  Open floor plan with a beautiful sunroom that overlooks well-kept grounds. Washer/dryer included. Water/trash/lawn care included. One small pet considered. Two dedicated parking spaces close to the front door. Tenants would have access to the community clubhouse and swimming pool.
