The living space/bedroom space is a combined area with a walk-in closet. This location is convenient to the TCAT bus stop, banking and shopping.
Rent is $700/month which includes all utilities. Tenants are responsible for cable or internet and trash tags for trash removal. We do require references, security deposit, and first month's rent. A lease of 10-12 months is required as well.
The building does not have any designated off-street parking. There is a municipal lot about a block from the building where tenants can freely park 24/7. There is no on-site laundry available at this location. One cat is permitted, with an additional $300 deposit. Dogs are not permitted at this building. The apartment is not furnished and there is no smoking permitted inside.
