Separate entrance, 2 Private Rooms (1 Room [Bedroom] is furnished, 2nd Room [Tenants Living-room]), 1 private bathroom (for tenant only), and the linen & pantry closets in the Dining Room and Kitchen for your use only, the Kitchen is shared (with your own counter-top spaces as your own cabinets spaces and a personal provided refrigerator and dishwasher (for your use only) and a private dining area (with a provided personal dining table), see pictures.
Your area of use in the house, private and shared, is approx. 700sqf.
Amenities included: central air, central heat, and laundry.
Available: As soon as the rental lease is signed. Dont delay, if you are interested.
Me, the property owner, is a responsible handicap (cant do anything quickly and I dont need any assistance in daily life) veteran landlord, who lived 2/3 of his life in Germany. So, I am direct and upfront. (Können Sie Deutsch lesen und/oder sprechen?).
I will be living around 4-6 months of the year on the other side of the total approx. 1800 sqft. Single Family House.
I avoid the Kitchen when you are in that area, when I am around.
There are doors and dividers to your areas and the shared areas. You and I have our privacy, again when I am around.
