Offering all the comforts of home this house has an open-plan ground floor with soaring ceilings that includes the living area with a propane fireplace and full kitchen. The large picture windows let in an abundance of natural light. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with ample closet space and sliding doors leading out to a private deck. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with plenty of storage. Also on this floor is a full bathroom with a shower tub and a brand-new stacked washer/dryer.
Up a flight of stairs is a loft that overlooks the living room and offers stunning views of the marsh. The loft includes a full-sized futon for extra sleeping.
Relax and enjoy the cool Atlantic breezes from one of the two decks. Off-street parking for three cars (one in garage and two in driveway). Or leave the car at home and walk to the beach. Close by is the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge where you can experience the most spectacular sunsets while hiking the Hellcat Trails.
