$90/night: Oct, Nov, Dec
THREE bedroom home (two queen beds, one office) with two full baths, garage and large back yard. High speed Internet with Wi-Fi. Smart TV with basic cable channels and streaming Internet content. Laundry room with washer and gas dryer. Amenities included such as sheets, towels, and toilet paper. Gas oven/range, and a kitchen with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Located within minutes of Shadow Mountain and the Phoenix Mountains Preserve for a quick and easy hike right out the front door of the house. Close to a major artery, the SR51, so that everything is easy to get to by car. Ten minute drive to the Paradise Valley Mall shopping and dining areas. Ten minute drive to grocery stores.
No smoking in the house.
Guests are required to USE THE UTILITIES RESPONSIBLY. There is a $60 allowance per month for electricity and a $30 allowance per month for natural gas. Any charges above these normal usage amounts will be billed separately.
