Its near Joplins best shopping, major hospitals & universities. Cook in or dine out, stream shows on the smart TVs or oversleep in our comfy beds. Retro Lodge is smoke-free.
In many southern Midwest neighborhoods, including ours, you will often see couples strolling, children riding bikes, people jogging and owners walking their dogs. You will feel instantly at home. Joplin is a national transportation crossroads so in virtually every neighborhood there is occasional railroad noise. Comes with the territory! That said, Joplin is easy to navigate, essentially without traffic congestion. Everything you need, it seems, is less than 10 minutes away. We have nearly every national food and shopping chain represented including a Sams Club and Aldi.
Joplin has a city ordinance that prohibits rental parties and events to preserve the residential character of neighborhoods like this one. To keep our deposit affordable we just ask that you keep ahead of your own weekly cleaning, giving immediate attention to any spills on floors, furniture or bedding. To assist, arrangements will be made as well for a twice-monthly reliable cleaning service to keep your life running smoothly.
PETS
Smaller dogs and cats are considered case by case. If we agree on terms, please bring bedding as they are not allowed on furniture or beds unless being held. They must be attended at all times, but may stay for short periods on the patio and our fenced outdoor back yard, ideal for romping. Please clean pet messes in the yard and neighborhood.
