We have a lakefront 3 bedroom 3 bath home with a private dock. We are pet friendly with a nonrefundable pet deposit. The master bedroom w/ a king bed has an attached full bathroom.
Our main floor is accessible wheelchair accessible with an open floor plan. The kitchen, living room, dining room and fun room are all connected. We have 2 decks for entertaining and grilling overlooking the lake.
A flight of stairs leads to the lower level of our home where we have a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom w/ two triple bunk beds (totaling 6 twin beds) and a nook w/ a triple bunk bed (3 twin beds). The lower level also has a bathroom, a separate laundry room w/ a washer & dryer & a built in table which can be used as a separate work space. The whole house has highspeed 400 Mbps internet. A flight of 27 steps from the lower level leads to our patio area which features a waterfall, 2 fire pits & a great view of the lake.
Our private dock has an 11' wide x29' long boat slip, a water slide, swim platform and 2 kayaks.
We have parking in front of the house the fits 4 small cars. Please note that we have a shared driveway with our neighbor and park in front of our home only. Also, please note this is a quiet residential neighborhood.
