This picturesque modern home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. You will have two of the upstairs rooms to yourself (bedroom + office/den) and share the downstairs with the owner/occupant.* There is a full kitchen thats a joy to use, a barbecue outside, and lawn furniture you are welcome to enjoy.
The home is 5 minutes off of I-5, and 2 miles from Mill Creek Town Center, an upscale area with dining, pubs, and gyms/yoga studios. There are nature trails walking distance from the house, great for everything-walking, biking, roller blading, etc. The North Creek Trail is also very close, it is a floating bridge throughout a protected wetlands. It is a hidden gem!
*I work from home and basically only use the master bedroom and my upstairs office. I rarely use the downstairs other than to make food for myself in the kitchen. I am tidy and respectful. I ask you to be courteous, kind, and clean in the common spaces.
I am open to renting to a couple, we can discuss pricing.

3 miles from the Ash Way Park-n-Ride, with express service to Northgate Transit center to access the lightrail
6 miles to the Lynnwood Transit Center which is the major hub for the area north of Seattle. Tons of routes available to get anywhere on a nice bus fleet:)
RENT AND MOVE-IN COSTS:
Rent is $1600/month, which covers all utilities: gas, electricity, water, sewer, garbage, and wifi (excellent signal strength in all area of the home).
First and last months rent + $1,000 security deposit due at signing.
1 year lease required, with option to renew.
I am also open to renting to a couple, we can discuss pricing.
