Tenant is responsible for electric (electric heat and electric hot water) and an annual parking pass, if needed. I would average about $90ih in the summer for electric and about $175ish in the winter depending on your usage.
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required
