721 18th Street is a single family home (no other units attached) located at the top of University Hill. This great location has easy access to the CU campus and hiking trails at Chautauqua Park.
The house has a cabin-feel, with wood paneling and wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The living room, dining room, kitchen, two of the bedrooms, and two full baths are on the ground level. The third bedroom is the entire upstairs of the house, with an attached half-bath. There is a small deck upstairs off the third bedroom. The large private yard has a picnic table, and there's a porch swing under the upper deck. Assigned parking is behind the house, off the alley. Street parking permits are also available to purchase from the city.
The current tenants have set up the dining room as a fourth bedroom, installed a door between the kitchen and that room and put up a fabric divider between the living room and dining room. All of that will be taken down when they move out, unless new tenants would like to keep it.
This house is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We have an A/C unit for the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants. There are hook-ups for laundry in one of the lower bedroom closets. Tenants must supply their own washer/dryer, and we will not maintain any left by previous tenants.

Bedroom #1 (with attached bath) = 12'1" x 10'1"
