It is filled with historical sites and surrounded by nature providing endless opportunities for outdoor activities. Downtown New Bern also boasts its small town feel, with stores and boutiques, dining and drinking, and year-round events to keep everyone entertained.

Dogs smaller than 15 pounds are permitted in the home with non-refundable pet fee. No cats. No large breeds. No roommates. Utilities are included in rent. Pool is not available during winter months. Security cameras are on the premises but will be deactivated upon tenant occupying home. Lease only available until April 30, 2023.
