I am not working with a Real Estate Agent, what is the Process?

1. Application is completed and approved, our Leasing Agent will schedule a showing with you. This protects your interest and ours and fees associated with this should be factored into your moving budget.

2. You will view the property, if you believe you will want the unit you should bring your deposit with you in the form of a cashiers check or money order. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE REGARDLESS IF YOU SIGN THE LEASE OR NOT. Management will draft and email you your lease for signature, once signed, you will be assigned a task to complete your move in items including remitting your deposit. Deposits are required to be provided prior to lease writing unless you are working with a subsidy.

3. Once all items are returned you will be sent an email or message to set up a time to get keys for your move in date. Keys are not provided in advance of your move in date.

I am working with a Real Estate Agent, what is the Process?

1. Your Agent will show you the unit, and you will decide if you are interested. Your Agent will then provide us with our Agent Rental Registration Form. The buyers Agent will then email the Listing Agent with this form.

2. Our team will provide you with our rental application to complete. This application is online, and requires an email address. Application is completed and approved. Once approved you will provide us with your deposit in the form of a cashiers check or money order. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE REGARDLESS IF YOU SIGN THE LEASE OR NOT.
