Your car will like its new home. What other bills will I have to pay? There is a $75 monthly charge for water, sewer, and trash. You will also need to set up your own account for electricity and any telephone or internet you may need. Ah, well, my credit isnt perfect, can I still get in? We havent met anyone with perfect credit yet, so that probably isnt an issue. As long as you have a minimum credit score of 620, can pass a basic rental background check, and have an income of at least $5,700/mo you are good to go. We do allow co-signers in certain situations. There are a few breeds that our insurance company does not allow us to accept and there is a weight limit of 40 lbs and only two are allowed in each Villa. There is a one-time pet application fee of $100.00 and monthly pet fee of $30.00 per pet, see the application for specifics. Oh, and we ask that you clean up behind your friend spot.
