Electric washer and dryer hookups are located off of 2nd bedroom. The entrance to laundry room is currently under construction, with a barn door being added. Pictures will be added to reflect updates once complete.

Refrigerator, range (gas), and microwave are included with rental. Central heat and water heater run on natural gas as well.

First months rent, and security deposit equal to one months rent will be due by rentor at time of receiving keys. Additional items to be addressed in the Rental Agreement.

NOTE: Primary applicant must be 21 years of age or older. Background checks will be conducted and applicants with notable eviction history, without just explanation, need not apply. Previous landlord referrals are not absolutely necessary, but taken into higher consideration.
