The home requires a 30-night minimum stay and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Upon entering the home, you'll find a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace and access to the patio, providing the perfect space for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, quartz counters and includes a prep island making cooking for your group a breeze. One guest bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor, offering convenience and privacy.
Head to the second-floor primary suite which features a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with beautiful modern fixtures and a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms have convenient access to a guest bathroom. One additional guest bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom. Other features of the home include: WiFi, air conditioning, tankless water heater, washer/dryer, and Smart TV’s in the living room and primary bedroom (will be installed prior to arrival). Sleeping arrangements include 2 king-size beds and 3 queen-size beds.
The home is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens, and towels. As a safety feature to the home, video surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior entrances. The landlord occupies an ADU located on the property (private entrances). Three dedicated uncovered parking spaces are available for guests use during their stay. Water and trash utilities are included in the rental rate. Gas and electric utilities are included with a $500 monthly usage cap. One dog is allowed with restrictions and requires approval from the landlord. An additional $500 pet deposit will be required. No smoking allowed.

A short drive to the heart of Carlsbad Village offering endless entertainment options with great selection of shops, restaurants, and dining.
