With stunning ocean views from virtually EVERY ROOM, this home sits right across from a wide-open and unobstructed beach access. It is also conveniently located just a short walk from dinning, recreation and shops at the Channel Islands Harbor or the newly renovated Zachari Dunes resort.

Walk into the foyer and head up the stairs to the main floor with the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating with a large, comfortable sectional and two swivel reclining chairs. It also boasts a fireplace, flat screen TV, surround sound, Bluetooth music connectivity and picturesque ocean views through its large beach-facing windows. The dining area has a table that seats up to six guests. The spacious kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops, additional bar seating for four, modern appliances and plenty of space to cook!

Just to the left of the kitchen is the main bedroom suite. This room has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and fireplace to go along with its ocean views. There is also a cozy swivel loveseat and a desk workspace that looks out toward the beach. . The in-suite bathroom is equipped with double vanity sinks, lighted mirrors, and a walk-in shower with glass shower doors.

Head up the stairs again to the third story and you’ll find and open and welcoming loft. The layout and amenities make this area feel like a separate living space with its large sectional couch, flat screen TV, and trundle bed that sleeps two. There is also a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and sink. Adding to its appeal, the loft also has a full bathroom, and a patio dutch-door that leads to the ocean-view sundeck.

This sundeck is fully furnished with plenty of seating and an outdoor speaker that connects to the in-home sound system. It is the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening sunset. There is even a propane fire-pit built into the outdoor table to give warmth and ambiance in the evenings.

Back on the first floor, you’ll find another large bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, ocean-views and a couch that folds out into a full-size bed. Just adjacent is a full bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower, double vanity sinks and lighted mirrors. This floor also provides access to the two-car garage with a wall-mounted EV charger.
