Tenant is responsible for: electric (includes heat and hot water), cable/wifi (if desired) and an annual parking pass.

No parking at the building. You must get a parking pass through the city of Barre.

Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
