Short golf cart ride to Spanish Springs. This is a mid or short term rental. Not available for a 12 month lease. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! (***ELECTRICITY CAPPED AT $150/MONTH FOR AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER. TENANT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OVER $150. OUR HIGHEST ELECTRIC BILL HAS BEEN $143) NO PETS allowed due to owners allergies. This is not negotiable, so please dont ask.

August 2026: $1600-September 2026: $1750

October 2026: $1825

December 2026: $2250

Rented January-March 2027

Security deposit for one month is $500. For multiple months, the security is $1000.

There are no administrative, service, or management fees, so this is a bargain compared to other rental sites for Villages properties. Compare and you will be amazed at the savings!!

This very comfortable 2bed/2bath ranch in the village of Rio Ranchero North is located in the Spanish Springs area. In this area of The Villages, the landscaping is mature and absolutely beautiful. Lots are larger, so you will not be right on top of your neighbor. The northern area is very different from the south. Southern homes have postage stamp sized lots and the landscaping is sparse. There is plenty of shopping available nearby. That is a major factor to consider. Be aware of how far you will need to travel to shop! The home is in a quiet neighborhood but a short golf cart ride to the squares of Spanish Springs or Sumter Landing. Tenant is responsible for rent plus 7% Florida transient tax, $50 Village ID fee, $175 non-refundable cleaning fee, $500 security deposit, which will be refunded if the home is left in the same condition as found and the garage door opener and electronic gate pass are returned. A government issued ID is required for all parties on the lease.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have TVs. The bedrooms and baths are on opposite ends of the home for total privacy when you have guests. There is a pocket door which separates the guest area from the main living area. There are two screened lanais (one in the front and one in the rear) and a very private backyard with a tall wall obscuring the view of neighbors behind you. Always check the backyard view before renting a home!*** Recent upgrades: new grill, 75 inch TV in the living room, new vacuum cleaner, 2 new beach chairs, cooler and insulated beach bag, electronic tire inflator with PSI measuring tool, new clothes dryer, new rear tires on the golf cart, a pickleball , 2 all weather rockers on the front lanai, new washing machine, new ceiling fans in guest bedroom and sunroom.

***The rates quoted are for 2 people occupancy. Maximum 2 guests.

***If a MAILBOX is needed, one must be rented from UPS or USPS. Owners mailbox is private. If MOVING and you need to store household items, you must rent a STORAGE facility.
