2937 Broadway is house that was split into two apartments. Great location on the northwest side of downtown Boulder, with easy access to hiking/biking trails on the west side of town as well as Pearl Street. Short bus/bike ride to the CU campus.
Apartment B is the ground level of the house. It has its own entrance in back, accessible from the fenced in yard that is just for this unit to use. There's some extra storage space in the basement. Open floor plan for the kitchen and living room, with decorattive arch between. One small bedroom, and one medium sized. Laundry hook-ups (tenants supply their own machines) in the entry/mud room. Each apartment has one assigned parking space in back off the alley.
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The wall A/C unit in the living room is ours. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
Living room = 10'11" x 18'8"
Living room nook = 5'11" x 5'5"
Kitchen = 14'4" x 5'7"
Bedroom #1 = 10' x 8'9"
Bedroom #2 = 6'11" x 8'11" + 6'4" x 5'8" by door
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
