-Laundry: a washer/dryer (no coins needed to operate).

Due to the shared nature of the common spaces, hallways, bathrooms, living room, kitchen etc:

PARKING: Street parking available at additional cost ($160/yr). You must register your car with DMV.
THE COST: Prorated first months rent, plus 1.5 month security deposit. Utilities are shared and run between $60 and $100 depending on the season.
THE LEASE: One year lease.
MOVE-IN: The rooms are available for move-in, after the application process.
