All major sites like the Destiny Mall are close by and easily accessible by car, bus, or bike. Living area is secure with private coded locks so need to carry or use keys. No smoking anywhere on property, no drug use, no pets of any kind, without exception. Property also includes large front porch with furniture. This is a completely furnished rental and does include some storage space on the back porch, which is sure to save you some money. The property is located on James street in the upscale Sedgwick area in an historic building that was formerly the Merriday School; the building has been converted to living space with large large rooms totaling 7,250 square feet.
