- Non-refundable $52 application fee from each applicant.
Required Documents for all adult occupants:
-Government Issued, Photo ID.
-Three months of bank statements (most recent, previous three months).
-Three months of pay stubs (most recent, previous three months).
Income
-Gross monthly income must be 2.5x the rental amount.
-Applicants in a group can combine their income to meet the required 2.5x income.
• If applicants do not meet the income requirements, we will require a double deposit and co-signors that meet the co-signor requirements
Credit Score
-Must be above a 650 Credit Score.
• If applicants do not meet the required credit requirements, we will require a double deposit and co-signors that meets the co-signor requirements.
• If an applicant does not have a credit score, they will require a double deposit and a co-signor that meets the co-signor requirements.
Criminal History:
-Any convictions of felony or conviction for a crime against a person.
Evictions:
-No prior evictions within the last seven years.
Rental History:
-Able to provide at least three years of verifiable rental history.
