Huntington Apartment Homes was founded in 2010 to acquire and manage multifamily complexes in the metro Atlanta area. We started our portfolio with two small properties in Carrollton, Georgia. Over the past decade we continued to grow our footprint outside the perimeter of Atlanta.
We are a family owned company with a portfolio of 14 apartment complexes with 458 units. We invest our own capital, focusing on conventional market rate complexes. We manage our properties in house with our eight employees.

Governor's Court is a residential community featuring large 2BD 1BA flat apartments convenient to Carrollton schools and shopping, and walking distance to the Carrollton Greenbelt. Units have eat-in kitchens and come with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and have washer/dryer hook-ups. Vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathrooms with carpet in bedrooms. Units are all electric with brand new HVACs and water heaters. Amenities include playground and picnic/grilling area. No pets or smoking inside units.
