Maxima Property Management is a family owned company founded in 2014. Prior to Incorporating as Maxima, we managed our own properties since 2004. While self-managing for that decade plus, we met many frustrated owners and tenants with major complaints regarding their property managers.
Property ownersmainly felt like they kept getting taken advantage of and in doing so never completely trusted the people they put in charge of their real estate property.
